Forearm injury

Last year I tore my Supinator muscle in my left forearm, I’ve been training with it wrapped. I had an MRI on it last month because it’s continually bothered me, the Doc said, " it will take a long time to heal, knowing me as well as he does he told me to just wrap it as I have been and be careful.

This past Thursday night Pebblesand I were training back and bi’s and I popped my right forearm doing preacher curls,, WOW!!!! I never thought you could hear a muscle go.. I saw stars and it’s killing me now, I guess it’s time for another MRI…. This really sucks… Really wanted to try and compete in Sept…

Has anyone else had this happen and what did you do about it?

Peace Bam

Well, it’s been a few weeks and my arm is still a big concern, Doc says keep things real light and there’s not much they can do other than let it heal…It’s in my right bicep and upper forearm.. 2 small tears so time is the answer..

I am working with my chiropractor with a cold laser tool that you pass over the injured area to promote faster healing. You might want to check it out. thought about buyng it but it costs $2500. So I am using it 2x week. Has helped. I have to be told constantly to slow down. I hate it, but the injuries come from my pushing too hard. Take care of yourself! Heal! Gary
