My current collection of weights is a combo of the DP plastic weights and some old hand-me-down iron plates. Guess what?? I have maxed out my squat and deadlifts using the every single plate I own!
Now I am squatting 5 sets of 12 reps with 185 pounds! I now I could lift way more, but the lawnmower is too bulky to squat!
So Santa please bring me about another 100 lbs of iron. I need to lift more, more, more!!

Wow! What a difference a year makes when you are committed to your training program. Every year for Thanksgiving we have to rearrange the furniture in the living room to make space for the feast. And, whoa! I was able to lift and move things like never before! I was moving recliners and sofa sleepers with ease! I think I impressed my wife…LOL.
It’s good to be strong!!!

Well I did drop from 210 down to 193 this summer (from May to now). Yipee! I even survived vacation and the family reunion without gaining weight! Once you develop good habits it’s hard to go back to the "old ways"!
I don’t know if the Lipo 6 helped me lose wieght. But, wow! I did enjoy the additional energy boost and alertness I got throughout the day! Had extra energy even after work. Found myself actually wanting to do projects in the evening.
Still have more bodyfat to get rid of. But now I can get back to a good lifting routine now that life is back to "normal" (whatever that is).

This week I am upping the cardio and changing diet. I have also started taking Lipo 6. Hope it is helpfull.
