OK I haven’t been online and I haven’t worked out in 10days…can’t blame the holidays….but my mother passed away friday..the woman who was so ill for most of my life and inspired me physically to never to grow up that way…God took her home and I know she is at peace, but I however, cant seem to get back in the groove…going back to work thursday so I will not be thinking about it…Anyways..I have NOT eaten right or much, nor exercised, so I feel gross…if I dont pick myself up, it will effect me and I will lose my self esteem. ….my real worldly friends laugh at me when I told them in November that I was going to compete and even though I missed some valuable workout and cutting phase time, I would appreciate any suggestions to get me back on track..Happy Healthy 2008! Ok, I am stuck, been training extra hard and this week’s progress, I feel bloated and gained 4lbs. not sure why…eating right….seriously measuring and eating every 3-4 hrs….exercising 5 day a week HIIT and just having problems with lifting due to disc problems but I still do squats, lunges, kickbacks and plenty of abs……I kicked it up a notch but my body must have been used to the way I eat/exercise as I have been doing it for years….just thought I may feel better/lighter and some signs of definition….oh well….I am not a quitter but I am disappointed…… Wanted to do a competition in March but not quite sure muscle building will occur with little weights 10-15lbs………..any critiques and suggetions appreciated……
