Ok guys……I NEED HELP! what do i do about these stupid sugar cravings??? Any sugestions?

Fruit. Strawberries usually help me. If they don’t help, indulge in some dark chocolate but keep the portions in control. Sometimes we just need a little. I hope the craving goes away!!

Drink water or like sharlott mentioned dark choc in moderation lol.

My old coach would say to run it off.
Usually, when I crave sweets, I try to turn to either fruit or yogurt.

Low Glycemic carbs. Eat apples pluns or oranges’s. In morderation of course.

I’m on a no sugar no bread diet. I usually eat a few grapes to get over it.

I have found that I have gone so long with out the sweets now that I don’t even miss them. That is, I have not had a dessert. I tend to eat fruit, especially apples, pineapple, and strawberries. Sometimes I will have a banana, but I think the key here is calorie intake above all else. Make sure it fits your calorie intake for the day BEFORE you cheat and have some sweets.

A nice creamy choc protein shake always does the trick for me.
