Did deadlifts this morning. 5×3. My last set i got 326. That blows my estimated 1RM out of the water. Funny thing is I wasn’t even thinking of it when I was working out. I estimate that I can do about 360-370 for my 1RM based on the ease with which I lifted 326. And! I lost a pound. I don’t like using weight as the only barometer of progress, but when you’re bodyfat is as high as mine, it’s a pretty good gauge.
