I have decided to swim in my lunch breaks on weds and thurs. And I will be lifting Sun, monday and tuesday.
I hit the pool twice last week, only managed 1km, but that will increase.

Well I had hit a brick wall, mentally and phisically. I had been 11 months eating clean and under-maintenance, Lifting 3 x a week and not only that but thinking about and processing everything I was doing/eating. I needed a break, and not a weekend.
So I decided to stop lifting and stop counting calories. I decided to eat clean but not obsessivly clean.
As from today I woke up and genuinly felt driven to start again. Even though I hadnt regressed into any bad habits, i feel like I want to lift and eat mega clean again.
I hit the gym today and my lifts were waaaay down. And I avoided legs, I dont want to be completely sore tomorrow
. Tomorrow I will hit legs and do deads.
As for my target and goal, thats where I am i limbo. I should cut, but I could bulk. I havent gained anything major, maybe 2 lbs. I could set a weight but right now I just wanna eat clean and lift and feel good, my weight and appearance is fine at the moment.

Just came back from the wedding and im sick as a parrot. Had the day off work today, hopefully i will be better soon. Wedding was good, I should be back to normal routine next week after Owens 2nd birthday party on sat… I dont know if by May 13th I will start a bulk or continue cutting. Will asses it when I get there.

Havent lost weight. Still 85 kilos. It is after my cheat holiday I guess. But I also think my not eating enough has played a big part in this. My target of 84 by the wedding will be missed by a bit. Oh well. I would like to not cheat today and hit it hard until thursday before the wedding but its Marta Birthday, so we got to cheat a liitle.
Target reamins ?? 79-82 ish by May 13th. It has definatly slowed down, but the good thing is I am slim and look good, so its not as demoralising as Id imagine.
Im semi looking forward to a bulk now actually. It not as if May 13th is the last day I ever look after myself. Im cutting and bulking forever as far as I can see at the moment.

I ate more today as stated below and it has made a huge difference. .. I feel alot better.
Im eating now 2000-2200 everyday now. Was a bit to low before, purely by accident I might add. For convenience sake I have been taking sandwiches to work (less filling in them it seems) and since avoiding carbs at night I havent replaced them with anything.

My energy levels are very low at the moment, and come to think of it for a while now. I will have 2 bananas a day now to help me have more energy. One with my breakfast and one with my late afternoon snack. Im not really much of a fruit person, but I read they are great for energy. And only about 100 or so cals each. Lets see what happens.
Furthermore im going to have milk with my oats rather than water. That should add another 50-100 cals to the day.

So I had my 5 day break. Was fine, shame weather wasnt better. Probably drank too much. But compared to what I used to put away its nothing I guess. My next "break" will probably be in August for my holidays! You gotta live a little.
87.7 this morning, abviously alot of water weight from all the high sodium food and booze. Im not cheating now until the wedding. So i have 11 days straight now to get myself to target of 84.

Sep 7ths post (change of goal) I said if I could get to 85 kilos by Easter it would be amazing. Well I got there.
My obvious target is May 13th. By which time I expect to be ripped. Hopefully 79/80 kilos.
After this cheat 5 days I have a wedding to attend in Madrid on the 5th April. My target for then was and still is 84 kilos. But after that there is nothing ahead of me to stop me hitting my target. That gives me 5 weeks to lose 4 kilos! So hopefully I will actually be less than 84 by April 4th.

Easter is here, im having a well deserved 5 day break from this. Then back to it.
My next and penultimate weigh in is Friday 4th April… Hopefully 84 kilos or less..

It wont stop. Im dropping every week!
Looks like by 13th I will have cleared 30 kilo loss in 10 months. And my target of 84 kilos by 4th April is way too attainable. I think I will be there in 2 weeks!
Mixed it up a bit this week, I had barra of pan integral full of chicken and salad instead of chicken, rice and veg for lunch. Was a nice change and a bit more convienient.
