Good Friday

I worked pretty hard in the gym today.  I got through the workout and the interval cardio.  I lost two more pounds also.  I did all of this before 8:00am this morning.  I have been turning into a morning person lately.  I feeling kinda down because the wife and I have been at it.  She goes to the gym with me sometimes (like maybe twice a week) and then she makes bad food choices and we end up fighting about it.  Like yesterday,  she wanted to stop and get some ice cream I told her that she did not need to get it.  Then I got a cheeseburger and she got mad.  I told her that I worked out that morning and had done good all day, but that did not matter to her.  Keep in mind that she had not worked out but once all week, and she had ice cream like two days before that.  I was just trying to help her, but I didn’t turn out so good.  So I went to the gym this morning like I normally do and she slept in.  When I get home she then leaves to go to the gym and I asked why she did just go with me?  She replies that I didn’t wake her up. This is just "AHHHHHHHHHH" you know what I mean.  Then I will have to hear her complain about her weight and how fat she is while we are on the curise and I’m getting looked at or complmented the whole trip.  Man I tell you being married is a trip sometimes.  But it still beats being alone.  Good Easter to who ever reads.  My thoughts!!!!!!!

My first entry

 I worked out pretty hard today. I went in at 5:30 and got my legs done. I played basketball for about 30 mins. The guy I played with were very average so I did not play as hard as I would have liked. My heart rate monitor went off several times so their were point I was over my burn zone. My average HBP was 141 today. So I stated in the zone for the workout mostly. I have a ton of things to get done at work , so I will see you later. I will really watch my diet today because I have been off a little. I really would like to drop this weight and keep it off.
