My workout today was all chest.  I did incline chest press. 10 reps of 225, 5 reps of 275, 3 reps of 295, 10 reps of 225, 

Flat bench was 225 for 10 ,275 for 7, 225 for 10

Cross over cable 60 3 sets of 10.  100lbs 2 sets of flys.  My workout was pretty good today.  Lots of energy thanks to up my calories.  I had been under eating bady.  Got 3000 in yesterday.  I would like to cut that about to 2500.

Thur. 4/19

Worked out this morning doing cardio.  I played basketball for the cardio.  I played pretty hard according to my heart monitor.  I felt pretty good about it.  I have been trying to pic up the calories so I will lose the weight.  So I will keep you posted.

Wed 18

Ok today is my wife’s Birthday.  So what did we do, we went to workout this morning.  I did legs and biceps to day.  My leg workout went pretty good.  The biceps were not bad also.  I can tell that are growing my shirts and things are getting pretty tight now.  However I like the look because it shows off the mucsles.  I am still not losing the weight, therefore I am not sure whats going on with the bodyfat.  However I will continue and we will see what happens by the way I started taking that supplement again.

Tuesday

I hit the shoulders pretty hard to day.  I have watched my diet, I just have dinner left.  So I have to do good.  I went to class today, and I have taken my test and did my presentation.  So I can take a small very small break.  I will be there in the morning hitting it hard.  I will post new pics soon.  I hope I have made some progress.  We will see.

Mon 16.

Monday, April 16th, 2007

Well I stopped taking the supplements to see if that would help me to drop the weight.  I think that I was retaining water.  I trying to stay at 1500 calories.  So far today I am right around that amount.  I really watched what I have eaten today.  So we will see.  I did workout today.  I did 5 sets of back rows, cable rows, skull crushers and pulldowns.  I felt pretty good about my workout today.  I am really trying to watch my diet so we will see what happens.

Fri 13

I worked out my triceps today and did some leg work.  I got to swim today for about 40 mins.  I done pretty good on that.  I am not losing the weight that I want to lose yet.  I think that my supplments are making me retain water and weight.  I think I will lay off them this week and se if I see any differances.  I will stop using the Russian bear today.  I know it has made my strength go through the roof.  But I don’t know how good it has been for cutting.

I plaeyed basketball today for about 45 mins.  My game was on.  I was suprised that I had pretty good wind for the most part.  I thought that I would be puffing earlier but I was not.  I have seen a lot of progress as far as wind shape.  I ate a little better yesterday.  I logged in a two pound weight loss.  SO I’m keeping on keeping on.

I worked out this morning pretty hard.  I was very tired when I left.  I shot basketball for a little while I was waiting on my wife.  2morrow I will play more basketball and get the heart rate  up.  I have lot of studying and work to od.  I am really watching the diet this week and lets see what happens.

After the Easter Weekend

Hello Blog.

I really enjoyed myself this weekend.  My wife was great, I really need that breath of fresh air.  I feel that I relationship is getting a lot better.  Marriage is a lot of work, but it is worth the effort.  My diet this weekend was bad bad bad.  According to my trusty scale I gained eveyrhting I had lost.  Yep I’m back to 290.  However I can keeping at it.  I worked out this morning pretty hard.  I know I had to make up for falling of the bandwagon.  I am determine to see this thing through.  I have to write those papers today.  There is no more putting it off.  I have to present on 2morow.  So here we go.
