I worked out my triceps today and did some leg work. I got to swim today for about 40 mins. I done pretty good on that. I am not losing the weight that I want to lose yet. I think that my supplments are making me retain water and weight. I think I will lay off them this week and se if I see any differances. I will stop using the Russian bear today. I know it has made my strength go through the roof. But I don’t know how good it has been for cutting.
