Well I weighed in on Friday at 150, about where I thought I would end up. The prejudging is over now. I feel good about the feedback I got from my wife, trainer, and several friends in the audience. Lets see how the night show goes. I’m just ready to eat ;-P

I haven’t really kept much of a blog for this upcoming contest. I’ve been busy getting into what will be for me my best condition to date. Haven’t had time to take pics or post on the boards, but I will have plenty after the show. I’ve been training with IFBB pro Jonathan Rowe and have added a good 7-10 pounds of muscle. Wish me well as I head to Charleston on tomorrow. Hope to see some of you there.
