I got back from New York on Sunday evening after competing. I met some great competitors. My goal of achieving a new level of conditioning was met, but I didn’t place in the top 5. I got 7th place in my class. Well its back to the gym to get ready for my upcoming competition this weekend in Atlanta. I’ll be doing the SNBF Southern Open. I plan to be a bit sharper and fuller than last week. This extra week has done me some good. After this show its back to the drawing board for next year. I am analyzing my pictures to come up with a plan of attack for the upcoming competitive season.

Well, I’m here in the NYC. Its show day. Just carbing up and relaxing. I weighed in at 147. Not sure where my weight will end up tonight. Definitely tighter and more striated than I’ve been before. Hopfully my body will fill out just right by prejudging tonight. Its tough getting the timing down on two day shows because the prejudging for the men is at night and the chance for spilling over and not looking your best is higher. We’ll see. Wish me luck.
