I watched a video about the 1st mr olympia yesterday Larry scott and he was giving some training tips, I tried some of them today for my biceps and all i have to say is Larry Scott is the "Man", guy knows his stuff.

Well managed to keep my wieght up over the weekend that I finally hit the 210 mark, being 100% natural and 5′7, i am pretty stoked about that. Back workout was good today, lifted heavy and no injuries, thats a good day.

Another week gone by another personal record, squatted 5 plates today, it was great, still have a headache from it because so much blood went to my head, but we will see what next week brings. My offseason training is going great, I am beating all my old bests.

Did legs today, Squatted 475 for the 1st time, i have never pushed my squats before, i always tried to keep the reps high, but man is it ever fun to lift the heavy weight. Since september, i have put a 100 lbs on my squat. And its going to keep going up.

Well since sept I have packed on a good 13lbs, I am at 207 now, totally lost the abs, feel fat, but i am gaining strength and getting bigger, I feel the extra weight and its slowing me down a bit. But got a few more months of doing this and hopefully I succeed in gaining a few more pounds of pure muscle.
