DeadLift Form
Monday, January 12th, 2009Welcome to my first blog. I would like to write about good form while lifting. The DeadLift is a Lift that I have been practicing for a while now. I believe its one of the hardest one to master, besides squats. I believe that if you have perfect form while you exercise, it will benefit you in many ways. Such as Mass gain and prevents you from injuries. I would like to ask my fellow body space people. One question? How can you correct your DeadLift form. Can you suggest any tips ?
