DeadLift Form
Welcome to my first blog. I would like to write about good form while lifting. The DeadLift is a Lift that I have been practicing for a while now. I believe its one of the hardest one to master, besides squats. I believe that if you have perfect form while you exercise, it will benefit you in many ways. Such as Mass gain and prevents you from injuries. I would like to ask my fellow body space people. One question? How can you correct your DeadLift form. Can you suggest any tips ? I would really appreciate it. Thank you in advance.

Yes, form is key to the deadlift, you won’t improve much and you could hurt yourself without good form. I might be able to give you some pointers if I knew what part of the lift you are having trouble with. For general info on the deadlift just do a search on this site, there are many articles that can help you much better than I can here.
