Last week i started a new work out schedule and plan. I am training mondays chest and triceps, tues. off, wed. back biceps, fri. shoulders and traps, sunday legs, every other day is abs and calves, i’ve been training with 3 sets of 10-15 and as heavy weight as i can go. So far i realy like this work out but i am skeptical of working out chest and triceps together and back and biceps, because of the obvious reason of muscle fatigue. i was thinking about switching triceps and biceps, but i’m not sure yet what im going to do next week. finishing first week axis-ht and i can’t wait to get to about week 6 when my strength will realy increase.
