Hello folks, As i write this at 1:38 am , I’m fading out But i wanted to blog after my workout.
I was worried about a freind online today. SO i did a NICE thing i think. I bought HIM a lap dance video .( dont’ ask , i wont say who ) The video was by KISS- ""take it off ""
and he liked it , that made me smile . and i assume he day went ok,
ME ?? I’m ok, right shoulder feels….90 % ? felt a tad here and there at work. Eat avg today, NOT counting cals till i wake up . leftovers from thurs ?? all thats left is liike 3 lbs of cut veggies from a platter i think ??
my weight was 273 when i woke up sat morning , work as back to avg i guess.
SO i did some bleeding a while ago , not alot maybe 7 out of 10 on my kind of training .
1205 am preheated my gym for 20 mins ? it was 62 shut off heat , put on cd #2 of mothership . avg tireness from work no supps, no drink .
Back - NEW lat bar tonight - wider grip pulldowns to chest
100lbsx 12 , 125 x10 , 150×10, 185 x 7, 185 x 7 ( off by 15 lbs )
V-BAR to chest - 185 x 3, 160 x 5, 5 , ENOUGH back ,
BICEPS - seated alt dumb curls - 35′x 8,7 45’s x8, 8, 50’s x 5 - enough , 1247am
came in house, 2 scoops artic berry cellmass , showered,
ate ??? 4 cups of green beans, 1/4 cup sliced almonds, 1/2 cup diced onions.
YEP last of the left overs for me . SQUaSH ?? no more, no thanks ,
148 am, eyes, going,
SUNDAY ….walk, walk, walk, walk, maybe 2 hrs behins lawn mower doing leaves……..
just grinding thme up 4 my garden,

HELLO , HELLO , HELLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
YES , I’m back . 10 days of no lifting. SWEET sleep because work was nutzzzzz.Woke up yesterday(weds) kinda miserable, but that all changed in under 10 mins .
woke up , got out of bed, dragged a comb across my head….. looked in the mirror, put on my make up , LOLOLOL okokok,,,,,,,
Went down stairs , turned on my stereo , put the new LED ZEP mother ship on and turned it up slowly, and let it rip…………….. hhhhhhhhmmmmmmmmmmm
OK back to today. LOLOL what messed up weather here in CT. 54 degrees at 910 am
company and family came at 1pm and left at 6 pm,,,,,,, FOOD ????? that is what holidays are for . FUN , laffs, giggles , kids running around , more food ( no drinks , s orry folks , ) lots of punch , etc etc etc,,,,,,,, GREAT TIME . nice football games .
played trivia pursuit "" i love lucy "" then desert,,,,,,,, more sugar ??
OK now it 9pm , watched i love lucy from 8p- 9pm on tv land , MY fav show of all time .
eariler in the day i drove bro in law home ( 10 mins away ) he wanted ot get leaves done so he wont fall sleep and miss the 4pm cowboys game , . And i picked up a FREEK drink "" PSYCHO " Drank that , 1 shot , ice cold , TIME to bleed ,
9:07 pm warmed up gym for 15 mins , it got to 60 degress, shut off heat/blower
music , BEST of JUDAS PRIEST & bay city rollers, ( no just kidding, SORRY BUDDY ) & QUIET RIOT !!!!!!! start off , living after midnight …..
OK lets how my shoulder holds up , alot better ( 46 hr rest for work )

FISHER……my son asked me to drop weight , im 274 right now.

HELLO ,
since i cut and pasted before ,and it came out all sloppy.Ill try here again.Tonight as i type away, its my last day of my 10 day vacation. WOW , for some reason this one went by so slow compared to others .I cooked , ate, hungf out with my son, wife, family, friends etc etc LOL went to a concert, a haunted house , trained some , slept sweetly. halloween plans on hold weds night since i have 2 work. oh well. i asked , whatever.
time to carve a pumpkin , finish work on a hallowen video, trying to keep it pg rated so it doesn’t get pulled LOLOL.
BACK to my home gym. MY WAY , 3 days on , 1 off , Exercises that i want to do for the day. TIME to bleed ( PRE ) sweat 2 others, DROP bodyfat . LOG the workout tracker for a while , I personally thinks it slow. since im typing here witho ut any pauses.
and LEARN to post and reply to work own my rep LOLOL.
NEVER judge a book by its cover. I’m here like most to share my experiences and knowledge with others and learn what i need to learn on my journey.
WHAT IF ? dead and buried, check off last personal thought today.

” I Failled, It’s ok.”
Today i was planning on pulling 350 lbs or more in the deadlift. I failed and it’s ok.
For about 3 -5 mins afterwards ,I was not a happy camper,and as always I thought
about what i did wrong. and learn not to repeat todays failure.
My checklist,I took 2 scoops of BSN NO-XPPLODE , 8 oz of water, My second day of Universal
Animal Pak. checked napster in the morning for new tunes. ( 1 of my favs
of all time Robert Plant has a new blue grass album with Ms krauass ? ) no thanks.
The temptations ? covers . ( will listen to it later in week ) .Need something that
i have not listened to in a while. OZZY OSBOURNE !!! came to mind.
CRAZY TRAIN ….. ok ,,,, i dig vid recorded my last 2 sets,
My warmups , should of done alot, more but somertimes i rush to much
and today i payed dearly for it .
but i felt ok, not as whipped as i was last night at my last blog.
SOOO anyone and everyone can say thier say about what i did wrong.YES
i know better. BUT i make mistakes .
Stiff legged deadlifts w/ dumbs 40’s x 9
Barbell squats 135 lbs x 7, 7,
Deadlifts - 135 x 8, 5, 225lbs. x 3, 2, 285 x 2 ( recorded ) , 335 x FAIL ,(deleted ) 335 x FAIL ( recorded)
LOUSY form , ok , move on .
Then i did seated pulldowns widest grip possible 130 lbs x 7, 180 lbs x 6, 8
ok, i said , im out of here , TOOOO nice of a oct day .
I can do biceps later tonight ( and i will )
i watched all 3, THEN it hit me !!!!!! W.T.F. its only my 3rd of 4th day doing deads.
OK so i’m to into being on vacation . enjoying sleeping ( no stress from work )
COOKING ? eating ?? YES I DO…… spending the day with my son ? after school YEP.
As i write this he is taking a bath like most kids .

GOOD MORNING !!!!!!!!
YES. I, BRUTUS LOLOL Am smiling ear to ear folks , WHAT season is it here in CT?
75 sunday and today?? Saturday night JIMI HENDRIX EXPERIENCE tour ??
I can’t find the words to desrcibe the love and energy in the house the other night.
3 solid hours of JIMI’s work . Had a awesome dinner before of fried calamari , and veal parm,,, I dont like ot eat out because i’m picky. BUT wow !!!! .
Sunday had a blast seeing my cousins daughter’s baptisim, and dinner later . GREAT to see lots of family.We all said the same thing. NO time for real get togthers. But 6 of us are planning a over due reunion next summer.
I ended up taking the weekend off from weights and my body is doing great. I’m beyond refreshed . weather is so sweet.
NEW profile pic cropped ,hopefuly it fits as i’m thinking about it .
This week working on max’s 1-3 reps and taking some new supps also.
spent last night learning how to use the new ?? brain freeze….LOL

HOPE EVERYONE had a awesome weekend and THIS week is a new fresh start.

We all need a good nights sleep on most nights. But sometimes we can’t due to stress of our jobs, change of weather ( i don’t like snow ) family issues and such
Last night i tossed and turned as the wind blew thur the trees and off the beach. then finally as was all calm and out like a light i went. Slept well to start off day 2 of my vacation.
This week will be tons of yard work. logging everything i eat from now. and see how close to 250 i can be in 11 days. ? If i fail , I won’t let it bother me .My strength is doing ok. little by little as the Robert Plant video says.
My workouts are mostly 45 mins or less. Dead basic and to the point. Hard these last 3 months or so and not banging out 15 -20 sets for bigger muscle like, chest, back , thighs and shoulders. MY main goal has always been and still is to regain my muscle mass and strength as fast as possible. ALOT and others here know . ALOT different than when we were 10-25 yrs younger,
BUT "" stacking "" of supplements and internet info was not around till about 10 yrs ago or so
I’ve always been a big guy for the last say 15 years weighing anywhere from 230- 300 lbs. my workouts were always last on my list of things to do. Due to my work hours and other comments we all have in our lives ,
NOW its time to buckle down so to say, I was not and still not happy with family pics taken last week . THOSE were planned BEFORE i opened my blog here
MY comment to my self and my freinds. Sorry if i let anyone down. LIFE comes first before me.
MADE new arrangments , all other commentments and other job is all completed and done with. SO today when i get done typing like a 100 yr old turtle . ill stop by a fe more pages and leave my 3 pennies ,
NO more blogging online. friday and today were just easier ,

THIGHS and calves , no power / maxing all sets 12-15 reps

HELLO ,
worked 90 mins ot and bonched out at 1230 am . too beat to drive home so i looked thru this months muscular development . after 5 mins if that i layed down on a register and napped like 30 mins , woke up wide awake .hit the bathroom washed my face again . drove home ok, got in like 140 am ? and fell asleep watching UFC TUF. gto up this am did my every friday rountine , went back ot sleep at 12 20 - 240 pm
picked up my son at school ate lunch with him and update my blogs and profile stuff .
and im here now. LOLOL…workout later tonight. I’m( spent ) from a long week at work . T G I F !!!!!!!!!!
TIME to do add new BSN supp and back on another 1.

Good Morning.I’m up , been drinking lots of gatorade and vitamin water. and enjoying this incredible SUMMER HEAT of 75-80 degress fro the last few days, hitting 1 body part a day weds- sat. meditating on the beach and just chilling with GOVT MULE and doing fall yard work . My workouts are great and will post everything later today. another day around 75-80 sun will be up soon. hitting the shower , just ate a met rx bar and 16 oz of distilled water. go gett he local sunday paper and see if there is any write ups on van halen and / or govt mule’s friday concerts.
