Sunday, November 11th, 2007OK as usual , i was lost in private mess. and some blogs and posts. BAD habit and i end up running late.
short workout ONLY because i get excited at new WEIGHT . in my workout tracker ,
YES its 1140 pm EST or so . i worked 2p-1040 p. FOOD ?? i just got doen eating 1 lb or pork tenderloin. WHY??? so i dont wake up FNK sore.
55 lbs dumbs are not light to do seated alt curls with, and IF anyone cheats YOUR shoulder will kick in and YOU will feel it asap ,
my cheaT ?? never more than 2 out of 10 effort , NEVER . i dont need an injury .
