My Final blog ( for a long time )

Hello freinds.

As most of yuo know. i let work takeover my life on and off again. My shoulder is ok, not perfect. i will get it checked out later in jan. i’m back in my old store and its like living in another state. 100 % differerent vibe/ feeling thru out the store. i’ll miss alot of  people i met their for the 13 month io was there. i stayin touch with a bunch already.

This will be my final blog for a long time. I miss being a bodybuilder. And 2nd biggest comment / compliment when went back ot work last monday , was alot of people noticed how big my shoulders got and asked if i was lifting again, told everyone the truth.

I’m heading off inot the forums full time so i can finally start my workout journal and have it look the way i want to type it out .

I currently weigh 277.6 lbs this morning. being back at my old store. i’ll be able to stop and eat when i want to for 10 -30 mins when time permits.  NO more huge 1500 cals meals to holdme over for 4-6 hours.  when i need a day off i can get it without worrying. i’m old school , im a team player and i dont call in sick unless im sick or local tv station weather man says DONT go anywhere .

 I wish everyone the best in 2008. I have a goal and a look i want by april 1st 2008. I got down to 256 lbs but i was not sleeping. i dont take those supps anymore.

Home / garage gym training is totolly different than going to a commerical gym, It doent matter if yuor home gym is like mine  or if its just a treadmill and a core ball, or  some i seen here that are  800 sq ft or so with commerical grade equipment.

I prefer to train alone. i had my share of training partners who cant show up on time let alone within 20 mins with out calling. and  most of us have our cell phones for the last 7 yrs  or alot more . i have gone to gyms here and find out the guys are gay and full of poop. 

i failed in the transformation contest im in now. but work is work and i cant leave that after almost 23 yrs.  So i  plan on starting from stratch  and work my way down to less than 15% bodyfat  and still weigh over 250 lbs or more.

SAT late night workout, Day 24 of 92

Saturday, November 24th, 2007

Hello folks, As i write this at 1:38 am , I’m fading out But i wanted to blog after my workout.

I was worried about a freind online today.  SO i did a  NICE thing i think.  I bought HIM a lap dance video .( dont’ ask , i wont say who )   The video was by KISS-  ""take it off ""

and he liked it , that made me smile . and i assume he day went ok,

ME ??  I’m ok,  right shoulder feels….90 % ? felt a tad here and there at work. Eat avg today, NOT counting cals till i wake up . leftovers from thurs ??  all thats left is liike 3 lbs of cut veggies from a platter i think ?? 

my weight was 273 when i woke up sat morning ,  work as back to avg i guess.

SO i did some bleeding a while ago , not alot maybe 7 out of 10 on my kind of training .

1205 am  preheated my gym for 20 mins ?  it was 62 shut off heat , put on cd #2 of mothership . avg tireness from work  no supps,  no drink .

Back - NEW lat bar tonight - wider grip pulldowns to chest

100lbsx 12 , 125 x10 , 150×10,  185 x 7, 185 x 7 ( off by 15 lbs )

 V-BAR to chest  - 185 x 3,  160 x 5, 5 ,   ENOUGH back ,

BICEPS -  seated alt dumb curls -  35′x 8,7  45’s x8, 8,  50’s x 5 -  enough , 1247am

 came in  house, 2 scoops artic berry cellmass ,   showered, 

ate ???   4 cups of green beans,  1/4 cup sliced almonds, 1/2 cup  diced onions.

YEP last of the left overs for me .   SQUaSH ??  no more, no thanks ,

148 am,  eyes, going,

SUNDAY ….walk, walk, walk, walk,  maybe 2 hrs behins lawn mower doing leaves……..

just grinding thme up 4 my garden,

I’m BACK !!!!! LOL Day 22 of 92 , FISHER beware LOLOL

HELLO , HELLO , HELLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

YES , I’m back . 10 days of no lifting.  SWEET sleep because work was nutzzzzz.Woke up yesterday(weds) kinda miserable, but that all changed in under 10 mins .

woke up  , got out of bed, dragged a comb across my head….. looked in the mirror, put on my make up , LOLOLOL  okokok,,,,,,,

Went down stairs ,  turned on my stereo , put the new LED ZEP mother ship on and turned it up  slowly,  and let it rip…………….. hhhhhhhhmmmmmmmmmmm

 OK back to today. LOLOL what messed up weather here in CT. 54 degrees at 910 am

company and family came at 1pm and left at 6 pm,,,,,,,  FOOD ?????   that is what holidays are for .  FUN , laffs,  giggles , kids running around ,   more food (  no drinks , s orry folks , )   lots of punch , etc etc etc,,,,,,,,  GREAT  TIME .   nice football games .

  played trivia pursuit ""  i love lucy ""     then desert,,,,,,,, more sugar ??

 OK now it 9pm ,  watched  i love lucy from 8p- 9pm on tv land ,  MY fav show of all time .

 eariler in the day i drove bro in law home ( 10 mins away )  he wanted ot get leaves done so he wont fall sleep and miss the 4pm cowboys game , . And i picked up a FREEK drink   "" PSYCHO "   Drank that , 1 shot , ice cold ,  TIME to bleed ,

9:07 pm  warmed up gym for 15 mins , it got to 60 degress, shut off heat/blower

  music ,  BEST of JUDAS PRIEST &  bay city rollers, ( no just kidding,  SORRY  BUDDY )  & QUIET RIOT !!!!!!!   start off , living after midnight …..

 OK lets how my shoulder holds up ,  alot better ( 46 hr rest for work )

 Stand Dumb Side lat raises- 20’sx 12 , 30’s x 8 , 35’s x 8 , 40’s x 6, 6

EZ cable upright rows wide grip - 70 lbs x 8, 6, 10

BRUTUS DUMB SHRUGS ( dont ask , i wont share sorry,)50’s x 8,7,9

TRICEPS  -  seated 2 hd 1 dumb overhead exts - 50×13, 65x 10, 12,

stand v bar pushdowns - 60lbs x 12, 85 x 10, 8    

9:50 p.m.   43mins  = 17 sets , not great but ok first day back

       effort  6.5 out of 10 .

FISHER……my son asked me to drop weight ,  im 274  right now.

nov 30 is next friday ?  u will have pics with usa today newspaper,

FEB 1 ??  lets see what happens .

I wish all my freinds a great holiday with family and freinds. take the time and sit back and enjoy the food. 2 or 3 days wont kill ya.  Use the extra calories over the next 72 days to fuel your workouts.  And dont get stressed out if yuo eat an extra 3,000- 5, 000  cals over the next few days. That is what holidays are for. ENJOYING . and not getting stressed out .

 My wife knows all about my job and has been with me for almost 23-1/2 yrs . She gave me a early birthday gift , because she knows i have not been myself due to the stress from work and not lifting.  Led Zeppelin’s new  MOTHERSHIP  2 cd ,1 dvd set. its pretty good. listen to cd 1 so far .

  Me ?  I’m ok .  will head off to my home gym for the first time in 9 days.  planning on doing chest and see how my right shoulder feels and take it from there.   Universal  Nutrition makes  "" animal flex ""   and its available at the store i buy my  supps from. so i’m gonna see if they are there first thing friday morning.  and ill update my workout rountine and supps box,

SAT nov 11 - day 11 of 92

Sunday, November 11th, 2007

worked on my heavy bag .  5 min of very lite warm up .   put on my polar HRM .  3 min round.  6 rounds. BUT at least  with my job  my arms have stamina and endurance. no weights.

Sunday today Im off to do biceps and back . and see how sore i am when i wake up monday .

YEP………….. been listening to the disco station  for well over 1 hr ,

LIKE bil cosby said years ago on his COSBY ??  show……..

my upper body can dance the night way , BUT ill just keep sitting here in the chair  and keep lettin my upper body DANCE AWAY……….LOLOLOL

it was something like that ,,,,,,,,,, YES i am a LED ZEPPELIN junkie……..

and was checking my email  and came here,  AFTER a freind got my mind thinking

Crossroads - the new path

HELLO ,

since i cut and pasted before ,and it came out all sloppy.Ill try here again.Tonight as i type away, its my last day of my 10 day vacation. WOW , for some reason this one went by so slow compared to others .I cooked , ate, hungf out with my son, wife, family, friends  etc etc LOL  went to a concert, a haunted house , trained some ,  slept sweetly. halloween plans on hold weds night since i have 2 work. oh well. i asked , whatever.

time to carve a pumpkin ,  finish work on a hallowen video, trying to keep it pg rated so it doesn’t get pulled  LOLOL.

BACK to my home gym. MY WAY , 3 days on , 1 off ,  Exercises that i want to do for the day.   TIME to bleed  ( PRE )  sweat 2 others,  DROP bodyfat  .  LOG the workout tracker  for a while , I personally thinks it slow. since im typing here witho ut any pauses.

and LEARN to post and reply to work own my rep LOLOL.

NEVER judge a book by its cover. I’m here like most to share my experiences and knowledge with others and learn what i need to  learn on my journey.

WHAT IF ?   dead and buried,   check off last personal thought today.

 SO ??  I’m done , did U workout yet ? log it ?  beat it ??  lets go !!! LOLOL

Crossroads, Choose a path where no 1 goes. I’m

HELLO ,

YES i updated my profile a few times this week .I’m at the  crossroads this week.

I never liked ab work not alone eating under 2,500 cals .

BUT halloween is coming and my original gola of being under 250 lbs  went the other way,I’m 273 and  preety dam thick, solid, whateverrrrr, LOLOL

I’ve been cooking , relaxing and watching tv this week deciding on a few things.

#1 Have I met most of my goals  for halloween ? Just about . i put on alot of muscle maybe 15-18 lbs. legs leaned out just abit. BUT they are almost as heavy as they use to tobe. My waist is about 40 , down from 44 ,  Arms  amazingly solid again faster than i though .

#2  ABS ??  they were my main concern.But I’m a big guy and i eat BIG .i have no problem eating over 4,000 cals a day . i move all day long at my job .This week i was not nearly hungry .

#3 Stength ?  it’s ok .  but im not 25 or less . Those days are long gone. BUT i never feel or think im gonna be 41 . LOLOL i have enough kids at work to keep me young

#4 leaning out ?   I’m happy even for all the above .AND  i found 2 new bands recently that i’m into alot . Gov’t Mule and VERY recently   "" THREE DAYS GRACE "" , so I’m  finally got drop bodyfat,  ansd see what i look like by years end.

AT almost 41 , life is notihng like it was before i got married, LOLOL.

THe good , the bad , and the down right ugly , LOLOL

#5 my workouts . MY main concern was all the hype about warming up and recover.and tues deadlifts proved me right.The program i was following about 75% of it was GREAT . BUT never fitted my needs or my work hours .

So I’m going back to doing  workouts MY WAY.   i’ll post thurs workout later today and my new program when i can .

I see its 1235 and im 15 mins late topick up pics,

I always loss track of time her when the tunes are blasting

NEW weight is 273 lbs

overhead press was 130lbs x 9 , 135 x 5
