TOO those who get the RSS feed .  i have had my ups and downs.  may 23 is the friday before memorial day .  I am putting out the challenge to see who is all talk  and no walk . EVERYONE reading this,  its time ot put up or shut up. very simple.  stop by my journal if yuo want in.  NO MORE EXCUSES ,   my camera is broken,  my home gym is too small,  im lazy,  i forgot,  i heard it all,  thought this was bodyspace / bodybuilding / bodyscupting.    yes or no ?  im not here for any sexual hookups .   if yuo are,  then  take me off yuor buddy list.
