Day 28 of 92

Wednesday, November 28th, 2007

Did chest weds morning. slo mo reps shoulder is so so . weights maybe 75 % .

job transfer update,  the guy taking my place had problems where he was and use ot work fo rmy current boss. My old store  is a riot,  my part timer  called me and asked if i would skip my vacation ,  i tried not to laff at him , and said  ill see yuo in like 10 days or so ,  and he called to update me on a former co worker  who has full blown cancer all over,

i was going to the dinner next tues bu tmy son has is holiday concert and i planne don going,   so ill see what i can do next week,  i’m pretty sure the guy is only 47 ?  or so , 

SUCKS big time howe life  turns , 

11 yrs ago i had surgery on my vocal cords due to pallup’s ( sp? )  whatever,,,,  NB  bale me out please ??? LOLOL

long story,  on how and why BUT when i found out i needed sugery , My dr then told me at age  29 i was suppose to be on cancer watch for many a yrs due ot surgery on my right testy when i was in 1st grade,   THAT day i snapped for the first time in my life ,

and my wife was like 4 ? months preggy. her eyes popped out like a cartoon .

and i knew too many others who died from the BIG C ..

YEP 1 of my  "" WHAT IF "" in my life and YES,  i still check "" THE BOYS ""  every day  since .

life can be short,  WHY WAIT ??    i want on step on stage by the end of 08 ,

fill in store manager told me about 1 hrt after i got to work ,im going back to my old store. my boss ( groc manager never said a word to me and just left )

so i go there in 2 weeks,  sunday and monday did lots of mixed cardio ,

yes its 2:10 am,,,,,, couldnt sleep,,,,, im ok,,,,, just wondering what my old boss , or if he will call me , before i go back,

i left under great terms,  and was throw a surprise party,  i worked in that store 6 yrs, and honestly miss it , 

i was told a few moves were made and my name came up.  Its only a bad thing if yuo get transferred  longer from yuor house,  im 5 mins or closer,

its hard to explain here,  except after almost 23 yrs , im a specailist at my job. and customer service  and other stuff.  kinda weird as i type away,  im not nervous , like i use to be ,

SAT late night workout, Day 24 of 92

Hello folks, As i write this at 1:38 am , I’m fading out But i wanted to blog after my workout.

I was worried about a freind online today.  SO i did a  NICE thing i think.  I bought HIM a lap dance video .( dont’ ask , i wont say who )   The video was by KISS-  ""take it off ""

and he liked it , that made me smile . and i assume he day went ok,

ME ??  I’m ok,  right shoulder feels….90 % ? felt a tad here and there at work. Eat avg today, NOT counting cals till i wake up . leftovers from thurs ??  all thats left is liike 3 lbs of cut veggies from a platter i think ?? 

my weight was 273 when i woke up sat morning ,  work as back to avg i guess.

SO i did some bleeding a while ago , not alot maybe 7 out of 10 on my kind of training .

1205 am  preheated my gym for 20 mins ?  it was 62 shut off heat , put on cd #2 of mothership . avg tireness from work  no supps,  no drink .

Back - NEW lat bar tonight - wider grip pulldowns to chest

100lbsx 12 , 125 x10 , 150×10,  185 x 7, 185 x 7 ( off by 15 lbs )

 V-BAR to chest  - 185 x 3,  160 x 5, 5 ,   ENOUGH back ,

BICEPS -  seated alt dumb curls -  35′x 8,7  45’s x8, 8,  50’s x 5 -  enough , 1247am

 came in  house, 2 scoops artic berry cellmass ,   showered, 

ate ???   4 cups of green beans,  1/4 cup sliced almonds, 1/2 cup  diced onions.

YEP last of the left overs for me .   SQUaSH ??  no more, no thanks ,

148 am,  eyes, going,

SUNDAY ….walk, walk, walk, walk,  maybe 2 hrs behins lawn mower doing leaves……..

just grinding thme up 4 my garden,

I’m BACK !!!!! LOL Day 22 of 92 , FISHER beware LOLOL

HELLO , HELLO , HELLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

YES , I’m back . 10 days of no lifting.  SWEET sleep because work was nutzzzzz.Woke up yesterday(weds) kinda miserable, but that all changed in under 10 mins .

woke up  , got out of bed, dragged a comb across my head….. looked in the mirror, put on my make up , LOLOLOL  okokok,,,,,,,

Went down stairs ,  turned on my stereo , put the new LED ZEP mother ship on and turned it up  slowly,  and let it rip…………….. hhhhhhhhmmmmmmmmmmm

 OK back to today. LOLOL what messed up weather here in CT. 54 degrees at 910 am

company and family came at 1pm and left at 6 pm,,,,,,,  FOOD ?????   that is what holidays are for .  FUN , laffs,  giggles , kids running around ,   more food (  no drinks , s orry folks , )   lots of punch , etc etc etc,,,,,,,,  GREAT  TIME .   nice football games .

  played trivia pursuit ""  i love lucy ""     then desert,,,,,,,, more sugar ??

 OK now it 9pm ,  watched  i love lucy from 8p- 9pm on tv land ,  MY fav show of all time .

 eariler in the day i drove bro in law home ( 10 mins away )  he wanted ot get leaves done so he wont fall sleep and miss the 4pm cowboys game , . And i picked up a FREEK drink   "" PSYCHO "   Drank that , 1 shot , ice cold ,  TIME to bleed ,

9:07 pm  warmed up gym for 15 mins , it got to 60 degress, shut off heat/blower

  music ,  BEST of JUDAS PRIEST &  bay city rollers, ( no just kidding,  SORRY  BUDDY )  & QUIET RIOT !!!!!!!   start off , living after midnight …..

 OK lets how my shoulder holds up ,  alot better ( 46 hr rest for work )

 Stand Dumb Side lat raises- 20’sx 12 , 30’s x 8 , 35’s x 8 , 40’s x 6, 6

EZ cable upright rows wide grip - 70 lbs x 8, 6, 10

BRUTUS DUMB SHRUGS ( dont ask , i wont share sorry,)50’s x 8,7,9

TRICEPS  -  seated 2 hd 1 dumb overhead exts - 50×13, 65x 10, 12,

stand v bar pushdowns - 60lbs x 12, 85 x 10, 8    

9:50 p.m.   43mins  = 17 sets , not great but ok first day back

       effort  6.5 out of 10 .

FISHER……my son asked me to drop weight ,  im 274  right now.

nov 30 is next friday ?  u will have pics with usa today newspaper,

FEB 1 ??  lets see what happens .

I wish all my freinds a great holiday with family and freinds. take the time and sit back and enjoy the food. 2 or 3 days wont kill ya.  Use the extra calories over the next 72 days to fuel your workouts.  And dont get stressed out if yuo eat an extra 3,000- 5, 000  cals over the next few days. That is what holidays are for. ENJOYING . and not getting stressed out .

 My wife knows all about my job and has been with me for almost 23-1/2 yrs . She gave me a early birthday gift , because she knows i have not been myself due to the stress from work and not lifting.  Led Zeppelin’s new  MOTHERSHIP  2 cd ,1 dvd set. its pretty good. listen to cd 1 so far .

  Me ?  I’m ok .  will head off to my home gym for the first time in 9 days.  planning on doing chest and see how my right shoulder feels and take it from there.   Universal  Nutrition makes  "" animal flex ""   and its available at the store i buy my  supps from. so i’m gonna see if they are there first thing friday morning.  and ill update my workout rountine and supps box,

Day 18 of 92- Sunday NOV 18 -07

HI ,

no workouts since monday . shoulder is better , not bothering me at  work , Let my bodyweight go up to 283 lbs  this morning . Eating the protein big time this week and letting my body recover as much as possible.  Some one sent me a pm and told me to go read the new issue of muscle mag international  on deadlifting advice and a 4 day workout and suggested i try  a different mix up  since i have only fridays off from work ,

monday - Back , hamstrings, calves

tues     - shulders , triceps, abs ( oh boy my fav bodypart , NOT !!!!!! LOL )

weds    - Quads, tushie (buttocks ) & calves

thurs  - chest , biceps , ABS ( again ????  )

why not , work is work and wife thinks im nutzzz to want to be over 280 lbs ,

well in order to pack on mass YOU have to eat , rest and train  all equally as hard .

I always hated abs and still do.  BUT i gave my word and im gonna be 41 soon, so lets see if fisher33’s contest is the right timing for me or not ,

  HOPE everyone has a great thanksgiving thursday with famiuly and freind , This year our turn to have a house full of  nutzzz.  LOLOL

work is beating me up

Hello Freinds. I was about to sign off and saw i have not updated since sunday night.work sucks. another guy quit 3rd shift. so squeezing 10-11 hr days into 8  is  freaking tuff. My body feels it big time. Good Thing. I pass out 2-3 mins after i hug my pillow LOLOl.

monday i worked out with the wife.  log is out in gym ( will post late weds )

tues , no workout,  watched wwe raw . HHH  & HBK  make me laff so hard. 

Today . not sure but will hit the iron . Changing  workouts back to  mon- tues -weds - thurs  FRIDAY OFF .( only day off from work )  sat  and sun for fun and cardio . work is a joke till new years .

BE WELL FOLKS  1 week till thanksgiving .  road races, parades , NYC !!   what a great day .

OK as usual , i was lost in private mess. and some blogs and posts.   BAD habit and i end up running late. 

short workout ONLY because  i get excited at new  WEIGHT .  in my workout tracker ,

YES its 1140 pm EST or so . i worked 2p-1040 p.   FOOD ??  i just got doen eating 1 lb or pork tenderloin.   WHY???   so i dont wake up FNK  sore.

55 lbs dumbs are not light to do seated alt curls with,  and IF anyone cheats  YOUR shoulder will kick in and YOU will feel it asap ,

my cheaT ??   never more than 2 out of 10 effort , NEVER . i dont need an injury .
