Hey glad it helped you but i bet it was the video that really helped, since it did wonders for my deadlifts. I guess you’re doing them sumo now?

HI YA D, not yet. BUT I’ll do sumo soon. I’m gonna work on frontal squats and leg extensions soon . those always lean out my quad split .
