triceps - ez skull crushers - 82 x 10 102x 8, 8

           ez cable pushdowns - 90×9 , 100 x 8

stand 1 arm overhead dumb exts - 30lbs x 7 reps each ,.

skipped chest was spent , 9.5 for effort

music - Prince’s purple rain  and dance mix - "" moutains ""

cals ?  eat way over 3,000 .

MONDAY is cardio time  30 days to make 250 lbs,  and keep adding to my strength .

 hopefully sandman is not teasing me ,

Friday i was at my Doctor’s Office. We argued in the past about me going on meds for my on and off again insomnia ,and dropping my weight to 220 lbs, YA right .If i lose all my gut ? i dont think there is 40 lbs there LOLOLOLOL

He said my body was doing ok, my RHR use to be 52 -54 avg .no problems with blood pressure or sugar .But a few months ago had my eye glass perscription changed.That caused a few problems the first few weeks. 

now  My RHM avg  is 74.THAT i dont like. And I’m working on bring it back below 60 .

LAWYERS ….had them since  i was 12.Was told as i kid to work on my retirement plans as soon as i go to work .I listened and made changes. So i can retire by 50 if not 53.

Starting monday my blogs will be only of bodybuilding info and such. I’m not a writer . I’m just me .

TODAY my mind was 350lbs  in the squat. NO matter what all i had ot do was STAND UP  3 times.How hard could that be. VIDEO proves it all. I zoned in and no clue about my leg LOLLOL.  just feeling the energy from the music and let it enter my body and take over .

135lbsx 9,8 225lbsx 6, 315 x3 335×3 , 350 x 3, 335 x 4

stiff leg deads w/ dumbs  50’s x 15, 65’s x 13 ,70’s x 10, 9

standing calf raises 300lbs (cast iron only  on soloflex )19, 15, 12

climber / stepper 23 mins .  legs gave out .

went to work and yep more ot , 

LAWYERS ,  have to take care of a issue that came up , and put an end to it .

BS  -  BRUTUS wants no more drama,  and tired of it .

FRIDAY -  back / biceps , beach pics

 barbell rows  for max weight , after  pulldowns

HI YA !!!!!!!

YES , I’m back in my gym. sat i had fun with my son,  more important when I don’t see much of him because i work 2nd shift. SUNDAY  i worked 9am- 3pm becuae of a coworkers 52 ? or 53 ? birthday breakfast ,i am allways a team player even thou , yuo know aobut my job . Went to the beach got horse flie bites still all over both shoulders and it over 2 days later , they arer still here ,

monday,,,,,,justin,,,,,, i love him like we all love our kids,,,,but  shit happens  and the printer is no more ,  why sweat the small stuff, ITS the big stuff i deal with now .

 yes im on my way to 250 and im going slow, no rush eating on the avg of 310 grams of protein , yes i eat buffalo alot  some times 3 days in a row.some times not for 3-5 days ,

43 grams per 4 oz . and other food  i love .

arms are now 16 inches dead cold ,  not big but im gaining , that’s all i want .

TUES sept 26 ,   75 degres outside or so the same in my gym .

tunes ??  new foo fighters cd thru napster  , first 3 songs, just not  not cup of tea for my workout attitude

so it was mix and match ,  PRINCE , GOVT MULE , DAVID LEE ROTH , black sabbath an dothers  i dont recall because sometimes i dont hear the music .

CHEST -Incline 45%  bb bench press - 85lbs x 15, 135lbs x 8 ,175lbs x6 , 195 x 6 ,

           flat bench dumb press - 65′x 7 ,7

          dips - 1/2 asst 5,5 reps

shoulders - seated arnold press - 40’s x 8 50’s x 8 , 50’s x 6

little by little it gets clearer ,,,,,,,,,

               WEDS - SQUATS ,  looking at 350 for 2 reps,

 and yes  ill record each set from 305  on ,,,,,if i get 335 or more ill post it

Saturday and sunday i was tied up with a bunch of stuff . Sunday i was enjoying my beach on a hot day and my buddies the horse flies came by and snacked on me .

OH WELL , LOL  they got alot of bites on me.So left and showered

UFC !!!!!!!!  dammmmmmm i watched it again .

Poor iceman , 2 losses in a row. He looked a bit slow .  KEITH !! he chased chuck most of the night. But chuck pepperd his face real good !!!

forrest griffin. dammmm he hits hard .

overall the ppv was a 9.2 out of 10

MONDAY  i woke up and justin said he jammed my printer ,and a while later i couldnt fix it. oh well life goes on ,   will get aonther soon ,.

 As summer comes 2 an end and so does my garden .Today i woke up beat for the first time in a while.Last night working 11-1/2 yrs  was a extremely rare night . after 14 yrs working 3rd shift  i survivived LOLOL.  todays workout  will get doubled up  tomorrow on friday.  todays food will be well  over 4,000 cals for recover and repair.  yesterdays  1 arm rows i feel just a bit . watched UFC  fight night and T N U F …… another season matt hughes vs. matt serra’s team,,,,,,,,looking dam good   peace 2 all
