Today  i was relearning how to deadlift again. YES i was very nervous all week,  i promised to post a video and pics . I just didnt wanted to get laffed at. After 13 yrs  i sure as heck dont feel 40 .   I love reading others blogs and see also takes BSN products .

Currently im trying new stuff and a few other energy drinks. I love getting zoned out when i hit my gym and the weights are nto nealry as havy as i thought they would be

So today is friday and my normal day off from working 230pm - 11pm EST .I took thurs off to think about todays warmups and get all my running around  with justin and went to alot of stores  ( home depot for anew shop light and bulbs ot make my gym brighter for videos , )  and best buy for a new portable cd player  4 my gym and mp3 player and spaekers , YESSSS i love it loud !!  right between the eyes !! 

and my new cardio music  is  GOV’T MULE .. 

SO todays workout  went like this

deadlifts - 85 lbs x10 reps , 135lbs x 8 reps , 185 lbs x 6 reps , 225 lbs x 3 reps , 285 lbs x 3 reps, 305 lbs x 3 ? reps , 305 lbs x 3 or 4 reps  both vidoes made the posting .

sunday - weds i did great in my workouts ,

Today ends my vacation from work and to many projects . THANKFULLLY  i finished everything .  videos, pics, dvds,  going away,  etc etc ,

TODAY back to BRUTUSPLAC  WORKOUT

took a bunch of private pics,  they were ok , videos were good too, 78 degrees .

mixed music , ear bleeding loud , no xplode kicks in

Biceps - stand bb curls - 55lbs x 12 , 65lbs, x 10 , 75 lbs x 7 ,95 lbs x 7 , 108 lbs ( new wt) 5, 4.

seated dumb curls ( very slow and peak contraction control ) 35’s x 6,  40’s x 6 , 42.5 x 4

cardio  none today ,   food = just under 3,000 cals,   no food after dinner ,

 will have no x plode or BSN desert about 30 mins before sleep ,

 peace,  till tommorrow ,

today iwas off from work today , justin and i had a blast , went to costco and had some pics made to posters , hit the beach for lots of pics and videos , posted a video ,

and then i saw it was 7pm ,  so i headed for my gym

BICEPS - Stand BB curl  - 55lbs x 12 , 65lbs x 10 85 lbs x 9 , 105 lbs x 4, 5, 5,

             seated dumb alt curls - 40’s x 6 , 45’s x 5, 7

Tricpes - straight bar pushdowns - 55ls x 15, 80 lbs x 12, 95 lbsx 7,5,7

             seated 2 H D EXTS - 65 lbs x 7, 7, 6,

forearms  wrist curls  why not , 25 ’s each hand 17 reps,

Today worked in my veggie garden. Lots of tomatoes , lettuce , peppers and basil.

CHEST &  QUADS  -  short and sweet

Flat Barbell Bench Press - 85lbs x 13, 135lbs x 9 , 135 lbs x 6 , 155lbs x 7 , 175 lbs x 8 

45 Incline Dumb Press - 50’s x 5 , 65’s x 4 , 65’s x 4

Barbell Squats - 135lbs x 10 , 135lbs x 7 , 225lbs. x 6 , 285 lbs x 3 ,  285 lbs x 9 .

 DAMMMMM 9 reps , ,,  next time  310 .

rocked out to Princes new cd ,  SWEET TUNES !!!  PEACE ALL

HELLO ALL ,

i worked during the day on tuesday. which i did here and there. But first time since back to training. I took 4 pics working on glare and white balance and angles. And was floored by the last pic. everything was great. so I’m finally seeing progress and there is the proof.  and i woke up weds to read email about upcoming  music concerts ,nd my log was still on my desk.  DAMM i for got to post my workout .

Tues 815p est - 905p est   Biceps  & triceps  78 degres in gym before the fan.

 music a mix of 80’s metal . loud , 35 out of 40 .

Stand BB curls  55lbs x 10 , 55 x 8 , 85 x 6 , 95 x 6 , 105 x 4

Seated alt dumb 35’s x 6 , 40 ’s x 5 , 45’s x 3 , 40 ’s x 6

Seated 2 H Db OH exts - 40lbs x 14, 60 lbs x 12 , 70 lbs x 9

ez cable pushdowns 85 lbs x 11 , 7, 5

 late for me ot work out or the change time would be  + 4 hrs at 3 am est, 

so sometimes im up that late , ..

FOOD LOG , working on rebuilding data base. 100 % tracking starts this friday .

HELLO MY FREINDS ,

last week to many distractions , workouts were ok .

Sat ,  was sweet ,  i did seated dumb press for   65 lbs x 4 , and 60’s x 4 ,

 sorry no video,  was too pumped and concentrating with loud tunes.

MONDAY =  Legs  - short and sweet, lot of videos,  will post  1 or 2 , i have to watch them first .

Barbell squats - 20 mins after 2 scoops of no x plode fruit punch .

 135 lbs x 9,  135 x 7 , 235 x6 , 285 x 6 , 285 x 5

stiff leg dumb dead lifts -  25’s x 7 , 35’s x 9 , 60’s x 9 , 60’s x 9 .

I’m not here to brag .  just be honest  and my get my old body back by yers end .

YES its so much different 13 yrs later. BUT  B.S.N  was not around .

or the web or  easy access to info here or whereesle . JUST the magazines and here say.

  will try and post a vidoe if not tonight ,
