CHANGE IT UP
along with my bodybiulding,i started jumping rope and working the heavy bag…i got bored with the treadmill..jump rope for about 20 min. and heavy bag for about 20 min…it really gets your heart rate up there!! is this a good way to smoke those calories? tell me what you think….is jumping rope very fast better than doing it slow [fast you will have shorter bursts or slower it will be longer ] i work the heavy bag the same way..i think even though your bursts are shorter,my intensity is high but if i go longer my intensity drops….i think high intensity burns more calories….help me out!
