along with my bodybiulding,i started jumping rope and working the heavy bag…i got bored with the treadmill..jump rope for about 20 min. and heavy bag for about 20 min…it really gets your heart rate up there!! is this a good way to smoke those calories? tell me what you think….is jumping rope very fast better than doing it slow [fast you will have shorter bursts or slower it will be longer ] i work the heavy bag the same way..i think even though your bursts are shorter,my intensity is high but if i go longer my intensity drops….i think high intensity burns more calories….help me out!

i needed to boost my daily calorie burn..i do 2 sessions of cardio each session is 30 minutes long…i started jumping rope and working the heavy bag [not to become rocky,to burn more calories] i have increased my volume per muscle group and increased my time under tension…..do you think this is a good approach? im keeping my calories at about 2100…do you think i shoud increase them due to the inccrease of activity…or leave it alone…..i would really like your oppinion!!

why are people surprised about drugs used in pro sports…people are really surprised..they think nobody is taking them acceptr for that one person…drug use is everywhere at that caliber…these guys are playing for money,they will do anything for that big contract…..most guys are on that stuff they just have not been caught yet..people will say ‘’he’s not big, he is not on drugs'’ i tell them they make drugs for everything not just to get big..i said it before and i will say it again..'’everthing is about money'’…..this is what it has come down to…your life means nothing to the all mighty dollar…that really sucks!!!!!!

I GO TO THE GYM ALOT,I OFTEN SEE THE SAME PEOPLE THERE,WHATS FUNNY ABOUT THAT IS YOU CAN KIND OF STUDY THEM…I WATCH THIS ONE GUY TRAIN HIS BEACH MUSCLES [ARMS,CHEST&SHOULDERS] ALLOT OF PEOPLE TRAIN INCORRECTLY AND NEVER GROW ONE INCH,PUT THEY STILL MANAGE TO KEEP WASTING THERE TIME!! PEOPLE THAT WEAR TO LITTLE WHEN THEY SHOULD COVER UP [YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE] WHY WOULD ANYONE WEAR SOMETHING TIGHT TO WORKOUT [EXCEPT GIRLS..HINT HINT]….I REALLY LIKE THE GUYS WHO COME IN AND LOAD UP THE BENCH WITH 350 AND DO LOCKOUTS [THEY ACT LIKE THEY REALLY DID SOMETHING] IT SEEMS TALKING IS PART OF THE WORKOUT…AND THEIR LOAD AS HELL TO!…YOU ARE PROBABLY THINKING WHAT IS THIS GUY DOING? TRUST ME I AM VERY STRUCTURED WITH MY WORKOUTS..ITS JUST YOU START TO NOTICE THINGS AROUND YOU!!WHAT DO YOU SEE IN THE GYM?????

HOW COME PEOPLE GET THE IDEA THAT WORKING OUT TAKES HOURS[MAYBE IF YOUR ON DRUGS…DRUGS CHANGE EVERYTHING] YOUR WORKOUT SHOULD NOT BE LONGER HAN 50 MIN.[DEPENDING ON YOUR SCHEDULE] A LONGER WORKOUT CAN ACTUALLY WORK AGAINST YOU…IN BODYBIULDING THERE IS SUCH A THING AS TO MUCH OF A GOOD THING! GET IN THERE HIT THE IRON ..GET THE HELL OUT AND GET ON WITH YOUR LIFE!!!!

WHEN I TELL PEOPLE I AM A BODYBIULDER THEY AUTOMATICLY THINK I TAKE DRUGS….THEY GET THAT FROM THOSE DUMB MAGS,ALL PROS TAKE THEM…ALL!! THEY GIVE NATURAL GUYS LIKE MYSELF A BAD NAME….I HEAR ALOT OF MY CLIENTS COMMENT ABOUT WHAT THEY SEE IN THOSE RAGS,THOSE GUYS WILL RESORT TO ANYTHING TO MAKE MONEY[THEY CAN DO THAT ALL THEY WANT] BUT SHOULD NOT SELL YOU A BOX OF CRAP AND WATCH YOU EAT IT….NONE OF THESE GUYS ARE HEALTHY…THEY ARE DRUG DEPENDENT……DONT BUY INTO THE LIE,STAY NATURAL..STAY HEALTHY….NOT A WALKING PHARMACY!

i am a certified trainer i laugh when i go to the gym and see trainers training people…they have their client doing the dumbest stuff..i mean when the client leaves the trainer they wont stick to what they did because it does not fit their lifestyle.the only reason they do it becuse you are there enforcing them..plus i think trainers like to show how much knowledge they think they have,by doing the goofiest exercises…education is just a piece of paper…what has the trainer really done??!!!

why do so many people buy into the fact that most supplements are good..supps are governed by a totally different law,a very loose law meaning they can tell you anything so you will buy there product..even if it is a lie…they say they have scientific proof there proof is done in there ‘labs’ by there ‘people.’..nothing is fda regulated[if it were you know it would work therefore it would be govered by another law]if you experience improvements it usually because you improved…not the supp..be an educated consumer………they suck!!
