This post I send out for one, and all. It seems when it comes to the end of the year the holidays are right on top of us. We all have busted out asses during the summer months to acheive our goals in turning our bodys into temples. " Oh how we love to pray there" We must remember there is an evil lurking in the mist. It’s that statment we all have made, " Just one more slice, and I’ll burn it of in the gym." Yes that’s right I’m talking about those cakes, and pies Oh my Oh my. We have either reached our goals or maybe we are really close to them, but it’s no time to let our guards down now. The last thing we all wish to do is start bingeing. The weakness comes when our eyes gaze across all those tempting sweets that friends ,and family display for your eating enjoyment. I’m not saying one must’nt indulge just a little. I’m saying lets not lose focus on why we put our bodies through so much just to come up short . How many times after the season is over we look into that gym mirror, and asked where would I be now if I just stayed away from those damn sweets. Think of this my friends as just a little reminder in help keeping our temples flawless….

I stare into the mirror after every hard workout praying that my efforts are making a difference. It seem so long ago that I started this quest just to drop a pound or two, and to feel healthy. Now this monster has taken on new meaning !This driving force pushes one to the edge of no rest ,but sweat, and pain. I live for it," Hell we all live for it" Can anyone honestly say that when in public, they haven’t glanced to see if they can catch stares from across crowded rooms, or busy streets corners.

We keep telling ourselves that this is all for a better way of life, and up to a certain purpose its true. Now deep down in our psyche we lust for that taste of knowing that just by walking by an individual we can turn a head,or hear them gasp for word of amazement. This gives us that sense of pride to take back to our gyms to transform our bodies into greek gods, and goddess. Hopeing to retrieve once again that life force from a love one ,or total stranger that we need to motivate us into pushing the limits of our training. Are we all guilty of this maybe, or maybe not, but I have come to terms with it.

This is one of my favorite sins that I have grown to love from the seven, but how we portray it is all up to ourself confidence. So….. remember when we send , or recieve comment in our bodyspace we are feeding each other to push to the next level so by all means keep writing those word of encouragement.

I look back on pics of myself in the past, and become amazed of the size I have put on. See when I was in my teens I had a ripped body , but no size. Time took it’s course, but I still had a small frame. Even going into the Army I was a light weight. When I got out I let myself go to SHIT not running ,or doing those wounderful exercises that the goverment taught me (smile). It was a friend of mine that turned me on to the steel by letting me know that I could tone up by lifting. This all started in 1999 now eight years later I have the size, but still trying to get ripped. I know it will come, but sometime it seem like it won’t happen. The older I get it seems harder, and harder to make my goals, but in saying this I will continue to bust my ass to make it happen. So… to the ones out there that keep trying you’re not alone we will do it together. Stay focus, and never give up!!!!
