Anyone want to talk training? I am looking to share some ideas…

So, I was thinking about it today and the past few days…and I really think that balance is key to fitness.
When you get o into it where ur not drinking at all or going out and enjoying times with your friends, there may be a problem. Being social is part of being healthy. I guess I being this up because over the winter I was so focused on losing weight and getting cut that I stopped enjoying myself when I went out. I believe this is partially because there was no alcohol influence involved anymore. I just think that when u are into fitness at such an extreme, your friends and family don’t really understand it.
Just wanted to vent, anyone else ever go through this?
