		<title>It&#8217;s Friday, and I&#8217;m not getting on that damn scale!</title>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Not much to say today other than the title. Friday&#8217;s have usually been my weigh in day, but lately, they&#8217;ve done nothing but distract me.  My bodyfat percentage is slowly but steadily creeping downward, but my weight varies from week to week.  The last two weeks it went up a pound a week, but my bf% continued to drop.  For some reason, I can&#8217;t get that little three digit pound number out of my head though.  So, since I know I&#8217;m working hard with the weights, and watching what I eat very carefully, I&#8217;m going to trust my plan for a few weeks and not check up on it on Friday mornings with that damn machine.  Hopefully, at the end of the two weeks, when I step on it again, I&#8217;ll get some good news all around.
