It’s Friday, and I’m not getting on that damn scale!
Not much to say today other than the title. Friday’s have usually been my weigh in day, but lately, they’ve done nothing but distract me. My bodyfat percentage is slowly but steadily creeping downward, but my weight varies from week to week. The last two weeks it went up a pound a week, but my bf% continued to drop. For some reason, I can’t get that little three digit pound number out of my head though. So, since I know I’m working hard with the weights, and watching what I eat very carefully, I’m going to trust my plan for a few weeks and not check up on it on Friday mornings with that damn machine. Hopefully, at the end of the two weeks, when I step on it again, I’ll get some good news all around.
