Time to get back in the swing of things
I have been slacking on my workouts for the past month. I’ve been too focused on cutting and getting my diet in check. It’s time to get back into the gym and handle me business. I will be kicking things off this Monday. Stay tuned.

first week and half back has been great. i have lost some strength, but that hasn’t stopped me from banging out my workouts. I know I will be back in true form soon enough. I have been crazy busy so I haven’t had time to update my blog. Hopefully I will do a better job in the coming days.

same here good to know i am not just bieng lazy– body gets to a point it needs a rest but still makes us feel like crap for not doing it
