A quick introduction of myself and goals

Hi, my name is Louzee and before I begin I would like to stress out that I am happily taken by my boyfriend James (Bodyspace = BMCJames) and am not interested in talking, acquainting, befriending any of you dudes. Bodyspace is a place for physical improvement, not a bar, so please don’t private message me, make nasty comments, or plain out hit on me. So…

I’ve always been interested in health and physical improvement but I never had the money or direction to do so. But now I’m older and wiser and am able to buy healthful foods and a gym membership and I have to admit, it’s pretty cool. James is a real motivation to me. I’ve never met anyone so committed in bodybuilding and diet like he is. I mean, when we first met, eating out was a pain in the ass because he would decline and bitch about the food not being part of his diet. Now I really understand why. Eating healthy and staying active is a complete lifestyle change. When you decide to cut out all the bad things you love to eat and get off your ass and go to the gym, you quickly learn that it’s not just "to lose weight." It is making it a permanent element of your life that will give you more energy and motivation to achieve other goals.

I really want to get fit because I want to be prepared for the apocalypse or for any disaster that may come. I do genuinely have this fear for my life and since dying is not on top of my list, I need to be able to defend myself or haul ass. Granted, I would like to look nice in a two piece, but I am for real wanting to get fit because I want to be useful when the end of days come. Think, Ellen Ripley or Lara Croft. I like female figures that are strong. Not bad ass kung fu Chun Li, but just strong.

I can’t do a real pull up, just a jumping pull up and it takes me about 10-11 minutes (maybe longer) to run a mile on a thread mill (without incline). I really want to change that because if movies have taught me anything is that in a disaster you need to be able to run from a horde of zombies and pull yourself up from a crumbling piece of a building. So that’s what I plan on doing. I also have a beauty blog for you ladies and the link is on the profile.

    Great,
I am sure you will be able to outrun any zombie pretty soon, good luck.
