<p>Wow I never thought I would get that many people from this site,  thanks again!</p>
<p>The trip was awesome!  My biggest fear was not getting enough food at the times I need it.  It turned out they had a snack bar with unlimited chicken breast, cleaned and ready for me.  I worked out three times a day at the resort gym,  which was much more then I thought it would be.  My girlfriend wasn&#8217;t to happy but hopefully she&#8217;ll get over it.  After all was said and done I cheated once on the plane ride home .  After being totaly starving I ended up eating a dry wheat roll.  I know it doesn&#8217;t sound all that bad to must of you but to me as a pre-contest diet,  it would have been totaly out of question.  I still have a three weeks left to clean up my diet and kill the cardio for the show.  Turns out I gained a 1/2 lb during the trip.  Probably all water with all the sodium in the foods.</p>
<p>I felt like a freak the hole time I was at the pool.  People were staring at me like I was some kind of freak.  I&#8217;m weighing in at 174.5 lbs,  nothing close to the roid guys.  People really need to start eating and exercising.  They don&#8217;t have to take it to our level but JESUSCHRIST at least be happy with who you are.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Finally got my master&#8217;s pro card at the 2008 Liberty Pro Am.  One of my goals reached.  Time to set some new goals.  One more contest this May 31st, the Plattsburgh Pro/Am.  I&#8217;m going to try to come in even more ripped then the Liberty and see what happens. That isn&#8217;t going to be easy.  I weighed my all time lowest at the Liberty 166 fully clothed.  I&#8217;m really looking foward to this show.  My friend Keith Provost is promoting it and he has some new ideas for this one.</p>
<p>Then I plan on taking the summer off and ramp up for this fall.  Maybe a USBF pro master&#8217;s contest.  Can&#8217;t wait to get my ass kicked by the big boys. lol

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>On May 10th I&#8217;ll be kicking of my 08&#8242; season at Liberty State Natural Pro-Am.  I can&#8217;t wait to hit the stage with my new and improved physique.  I&#8217;ve brought everything up a little with much more detail.  Everything is going perfect diet, cardio, and training.  My only problem is a pinched nerve in my right shoulder.  I was hopping the pain would have stopped by now, but it looks like it&#8217;s going to be there for the show.</p>
<p>Starting my carb depletion on Monday and will try to take that to Wedsnesday.  At which time I&#8217;ll start to add brown rice back in slowly. I&#8217;m pumped for the depletion phase.  It&#8217;s going to be awesome to see the effects, knowing that I look better then I ever have rite now.</p>
<p>The only down side to all of this is the lack of time I have for my girlfriend.  Last Sunday her and her two daughters moved in with me and my son.  With me training and prepping meals,  I haven&#8217;t been able to help her enough with getting everything settled.  Plus my sex drive is non existent.  I&#8217;m not sure if it&#8217;s the cardio (stationary bike), low carbs, or that I&#8217;m just over training.  After my last meal for the night I pass out and thats only between 8:30 &amp; 9:00pm.  Although,  I&#8217;m up at 4:30 to start cardio.</p>
<p>I have one more show booked for May, then I&#8217;m taking the summer off to enjoy friends and family.  That is unless I turn pro. lol!!! Just kiddin honey&#8230;.</p>
