CONTEST PREP
Thursday, April 19th, 2007This week I have upped my cardio to an 1 hour a day, which really has made a difference. My glutes and quads are striated. I have veins popping out all over. It’s getting really gross. lol My diet has been perfect. I have increased my protein intake slightly. Just to make sure I don’t loose muscle. I won’t need to carb deplete, that’s for sure. I am still planning on sodium loading the week before. Monday I’ll start tanning, which I’m not looking forward to. Just going to make my day a little longer. I’m also going to start working on my routine. Anyone have and ideas for music? I have been trying to put something together, but it’s still not set in stone.
