					<description>this one came home. 1. you are blessed to have your parents, I lost my mother to heart disease and diabetes in 05. 2. You setting the example to change your diet has impacted others. 3. Some diseases are self inflicted by unforgivess &amp;amp;#38;amp; eating the wrong foods. Keep up the good work. I normally do not read ppls blogs but I am bored at work. lol (smile) well at least yours is interesting.......</description>

					<description>Uh, I would have to say that a 5 mile run for someone WITHOUT asthma is a big deal.  So don't think that people aren't impressed.

					<description>I think you have to be selfish to achieve your goals -- and your friends should understand this.  My trick is that if I'm know I'm meeting up with friends I plan on eating right before I see them, and that gives me 3 or 3.5 hours before I have to eat again.  If I have to eat out then I make sure to go for something really lean and low carb -- like chicken breast and salad, etc.  But never ever let your friends break down your will power and eat junk, because you'll just end up resenting them for it.</description>
