SEASONS EATINGS…………..
SO THIS HOLIDAY I DECIDED IN MY HEAD THAT I WOULD TRICK MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS INTO EATING HEALTHY AND TO WATCH THEIR PORTIONS. AND I HAVE TO SAY I WAS SUCCESSFUL. WHILE AT THE DINNE TABLE MY AUNT AND COUSIN STARTED TALKING TO ME ABOUT HOW I LOOK AND WHY I’M NOT EATING ALOT, AND I EXPLAIN HOW I EAT ABOUT 4-6 MEALS A DAY AND THAT IT HAS REALLY ADDED SOME FUEL TO AN ALREADY BURNING METABOLISM. THEY BOTH PUSH AWAY FROM THE TABLE AND TOOK HOME DOGGIE BAGS. MY FATHER HAS COMPLETELY TAKEN TO THE MANY SMALL MEALS AND AS A DIABETIC HE HAS TO BE CAREFUL WITH EVERYTHING HE EATS BUT HE HAS GONE FROM 305 TO 275LBS IN THE PAST COUPLE OF MONTHS AND NOW HE IS GETTING READY TO RETURN TO THE GYM, AFTER 6 MONTHS OF RECOVERY FROM A KNEE SURGERY. ALL AND ALL NOW I JUST GOTTA CUT CALORIES FROM MY PARENTS CHRISTMAS PARTY AND NEW YEARS’ HERE WE COME

this one came home. 1. you are blessed to have your parents, I lost my mother to heart disease and diabetes in 05. 2. You setting the example to change your diet has impacted others. 3. Some diseases are self inflicted by unforgivess & eating the wrong foods. Keep up the good work. I normally do not read ppls blogs but I am bored at work. lol (smile) well at least yours is interesting…….
