CHANGING DIRECTION……….
SO MY ORIGINAL PLAN INVOLED ME FIGHTING TO GAIN WEIGHT TO GET TO 212 LBS BUT AFTER LOOKING AT THE DIRECTION MY LIFE IS HEADED IN I AM RETHINKING IT. I’LL BE STARTING SCHOOL NEXT SEMESTER AND MOVING TO ANOTHER STATE AND THAT WILL CHANGE MY WOROUT SCHEDULE COMPLETELY. AND KNOWING THAT THE IDEA OF GAINING MORE WEIGHT WILL BE AN UPHILL CLIMB…I’M THINKING I SHOULD GO WITH MY BODY AND FOCUS ON DEFINITION AND TRY TO GET AS LEAN AS I CAN, WHILE BULIDING MUSCLE BURN AS MUCH FAT AS I CAN. NOW THIS OFCOURSE MEANS I NEED TO FIGURE OUT HOW EXACTLY I CAN ACCOMPLISH THIS……………..AND RIGHT NOW I’M DRAWING A BLANK…………RESEARCH TIME………………..
