TO EAT OR NOT TO EAT….IS THAT A QUESTION?
I’VE ALWAYS HAD A BIG APPETITE AND AS A KID I WAS EXTREMELY SKINNY BUT COULD EAT AND EAT AND EAT AND WELL YOU GET THE POINT…..I FIND MYSELF SO OVERLY MINDFUL SOMETIMES OF THE THINGS I EAT….TO THE POINT I WON’T HANG OUT WITH CERTAIN FRIENDS BECAUSE I KNOW THAT THEY DON’T EAT LIKE I DO…..WHICH OFCOURSE MAKES ME FEEL LIKE A SELFISH GIT…..BUT ON THE OTHER HAND I FEEL LIKE IN ORDER TO REACH MY GOALS I HAVE TO MAKE SACRIFICES AND JUNK REALLY DOESN’T HAVE A PLACE IN MY DIET. I DON’T FORCE MY EATING HABITS ON OTHERS BUT SOMETIMES I FEEL LIKE I SHOULD…….ONCE AGAIN THE SELFISH GIT REARS HIS UGLY HEAD.
WELL ‘TIL THE NXT TIME….KEEP BANGING THEM OUT……….

I think you have to be selfish to achieve your goals — and your friends should understand this. My trick is that if I’m know I’m meeting up with friends I plan on eating right before I see them, and that gives me 3 or 3.5 hours before I have to eat again. If I have to eat out then I make sure to go for something really lean and low carb — like chicken breast and salad, etc. But never ever let your friends break down your will power and eat junk, because you’ll just end up resenting them for it.
