some advice on motivation!!
Wednesday, March 14th, 2007I think that if people set up something they could look forward to and will make them really whant to work out will help alot, for example if you stop smoking it makes you whant to go back to the old healthier self, or just simply really whanting too look good on the beach. For me it is getting in shape for the military and looking good for the girls in school, even though i have more muscle than most people i know i still need to target other areas in my body and lose fat. And then some people just need to do it so they can live for another 10 to 15 years. So set an image for yourself so you will whant to really work hard and look forward to working out everyday.
