It’s a battle!
Today was a little discouraging. Went to have my body fat checked and it was the same as it was when I started. I know the calipers can be off by a couple % but it was still discouraging. Ive been fighting off the urge to eat a bunch of crap today. I have mostly fought off the urge, I downgraded to splurging on a couple of cold beers instead of a big unhealthy meal. Not great, but better than the alternative. I’m not going to be having an off meal this week so this is pretty much it for splurging.

Man, don’t be so had on yourself, your going to have good days! And you going to have some bad ones! The scale is not going to move, your bf is not going to budge and everything is going to seem ten times harder! But think of this fitness journey as a road, when you travel a road, you going to hit some speed bumps, pot holes, sink holes and all kinds of detours! But After you change that tire or avoid some of the detours, the most important fact is that you are on the road! And you have a destanation. So don’t get off on this exit, it not time for you to do so, stay on the road and continue the journey! Don’t worry it will all be worth while when you reach your goals!
