Lean body wieght…?
Wednesday, April 23rd, 2008All right, could some one give me the scoop on really how to bulk up and stay lean. I eat 4 complete meals a day, two big healthy snacks, and use my whey post work out. Ive been sutck at 191-194 and 10% body fat for about 3 months now. How do you keep body fat down and start gaining size?
