Lean body wieght…?
All right, could some one give me the scoop on really how to bulk up and stay lean. I eat 4 complete meals a day, two big healthy snacks, and use my whey post work out. Ive been sutck at 191-194 and 10% body fat for about 3 months now. How do you keep body fat down and start gaining size?

Hey Brian, in college I could never gain size so I’ve paid attention to some hardgainer tips. One that might work for you is casein protien before going to bed at night. Your metabolism might be eating up some of your gains while you sleep. Casein is a slow to absorb protein so it is kind of like a time release over night.
