Back, from Barnes & Nobles lol. Had to pick a few books for the fam, & i’ll say this…"i am Hannah Montana-ed out". My daughter has me as a, pulling away second hand Hannah Montana expert, ask me a question i dare ya, & no, when hannah is not on stage in a wig she is Miley…See it’s bad right, hey i don’t even like….well some of her songs are nice. Lol Anyway, my training has been going pretty well, no nagging injuries like my elbow and some past slight knee pain. heavy pressing (light weight! yeah buddy, ha ha) I also as a precaution picked up some sleeves for the elbow & knee which feel great. So for now Bison 911 & my family are great, as i pray you all are, be well!

NORMALCY, plzzz find me soon. Vacation for this summer is no fun on my wallet or saving acct. (thanks Bush), neither is my fiancee & daughter. Lol, they got me by the neck i tell you, by the neck!!!….As it should be, seeing if need anything, it’d be the same way. That aside, it’s been almost a month & a half since i touched a weight or dumbbell. I’ve lost overall size, strength & mass, and no, extra protein don’t help. Hey i might need therapy. The other day i got on the bench, did a light stretch and almost fell asleep. So my moral of this blog is…consistency, how can i forget that.

<strong />Since it is my first, I feel compelled to say Happy Holidays & Happy New Year to every one. Aside from going to an uncle’s funeral (miss & love you always uncle David), my family has been blessed in “07″. Other then lifes usual struggles, it’s been so far a blessed year. My daughter had a contest in gym class and asked me to train her…..Wow! I feel like someone has put Superman’s cape on me. It was last week but I still feel like I’m flying & of course, I told her hell yeah. I mean, sure. So we practiced on what gave her trouble till she grew tired then quit on me, (haa haaa!) Kids today….
I told her, hon, as long as you tried your best is what counts, I will always support you and be proud of you. What is important, is that you should be proud of yourself and always give your all. Whether she won or not is’nt important , Im glad she competed and had a great time doing so. Thats my baby & thats my story……Enjoy.
