I was in GNC today picking up my monthly supps and the casher guy was asking me if I have ever tried Cellucor.  I havent so he started to fill me in on what it is all about and gave me a brochure on it.  Has anyone tried this stuff??? If so how well did it work and was it really worth the $250 that GNC is asking for???  Please if anyone has any input reply to me or send a message or comment!!  Thanks for your time.

Jodi was a wonderful person and was in everyway going to the top. God knew that and wanted her with him for reasons unknown to us. Jodi will be looking down on all who care and she will smile and blow you kisses in the wind. My heart goes out to her family and her friends. There is a new star in the sky and a new angel in heaven.
Jodi is gone, but will never be forgotten. She was a shining star when she was here and now she can shine over us all. Rest in peace Jodi… no one can hurt you now, you are in Gods hands. No crime/sin goes unpunished and there will come a judgement day. There are no worries, for you will never be near the one who took you out of this world again. God will send him south and you will get your wings to fly.

  Those of you who dont know, this 19 year old girl came up missing last Friday.  Early Tuesday morning they found a body that has yet to be identified as her but one can only guess its her.  Her car was found later that afternoon at the bottom of the lake.  They have some evidence and a guy in custody that is being questioned about her missing and now death.  Please keep the Sanderholm Family in your thoughts and prayers as they try to manage through this horrible time.

I ran into a guy my age today in the weight room and we got to talking about what supplements we are both taking.  He rattled off the norm, protein shakes, NO-Explode, and some Xyience product but then he was telling me about the supplement/steroid called D-Bol.  I guess I have payed no attention to anything in the supplement world because this guy was telling me that in a month time he gained 12 pounds of muscle and strength went through the roof.  Is this thing for real or what?? Can anyone fill me in on this good or bad??

I have noticed that the heavier I go in weights the more and more my elbows and shoulders are having pain in them.  Does anyone have suggestions on a good joint supp??  Anyone???

After a day of Cardio, it is finally back day!!!  I really look forward to this day.  It seems like everyday I gain.  This day is the day that takes me the longest and it is also the day that the little pretty boys look at ya and have this look on their face, like Holy Shit!!!  This day seems to be the one that will make or break my whole week of workouts.  If I dont have a good back day, I dont have a good week!!!  Any Suggestions on Best Exercise to get the back wide???
