					<description>For one, I think you seriously need to track EVERYTHING you eat for at least a week.  A big pain the behind, I know.  And not just what, but how much and put that stuff down on paper.  You may be surprised how much it comes up to (unfortunately).  Another this is start eating only those things that you absolutely know what the caloric and nutritional value is (that means eating at home and frequently cooking from scratch).  You may be surprised at how hungry you get when you limit yourself to only those calories you should be having. :)   All too often we underestimate what we take in.</description>

					<description>If you aren't losing, no... you don't want to hear it.  You are going to have to tweak your diet.  Cardio changeup will help.  Are you doing HIIT?
If the cardio don't work, you may have to learn to love food from afar.  Sorry.
