BIGGEST LOSER CONTEST
Thursday, June 5th, 2008I’m down to 261 lbs but would probably be further along if I could find the time to run, my diet is doing good watching the late nite carbs and just trying to intake enough protein so I don’t lose muscle size. I have a 1 and 2 yr old so my time with them is a lot more important to me than the running. I’m going to hopefully get on a schedule to run early in the morning or my lunch hour. Just don’t be around if its on my lunch hr eewwww wee what a smell. I’ll give more details later when I have time.
