			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I think i am pushing it to hard.  Today i was very fatigued at the gym and bearly finished my work out.  Im going to take sat and sun off but still continue cardio and abs and back to normal routine monday.  I have gained an inch of muscle in my biceps in just under a month i dont know if that is average or not but i like it lol.  I am going to redo all my body measurements and weight soon.  I will post progress pic on may 2nd

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I recently about two weeks ago started a new work out.  My buddy and I got the idea out of a Muscle Fitness magazine and we put it to work in the Gym.  It is an alternating workout every day and the repetitions are 12&#215;10x8&#215;12. Meaning start with 12 from heavier to lighter and when you get back to the last 12 set return to your starting wheight.  I have been alternating the body groups and muscles along with cardio everyday except sundays.  I have yet to get a body fat count but so far i can see a progress of wheight loss and muscle gain.  I think it is about time to lower reps and add wheight so i can gain more muscle mass than lean mass. I will finish this week and see how things go
