Staying in Shape
Its tough keeping the hype up. it’s tougher resisting food. I am having a little trouble. Fed up with myself. love looking good but feel deprived a lot. Any suggestions out there? What can make a girl keep up the motivation, besides competing, and besides beating myself up!?!? I know you can relate.

First, its okay to each "cheat" foods…just so in moderation. The training and diet required for competition is grueling and taxing…and not normal. Moderation is the key!
As hard as you train to look as fantastic as you do, like all work, a vacation break should be needed and incorporated in your overall routine. So every third week, utilize a weekend as a "freedom" weekend. The reward concept is a mental boost, and may help. Hope this helps. Harris
