BETTER BITS

Only placed top ten in the Ms. Bikini Classic America competition today.  Quite disappointed,I thought I’d at least place in top five.  I admit the competition was really tough. The bodies were tight and there were some really beautiful girls out there. I  definitely have some work to do.  I want to rethink the event I am entering, for something more appropriate for my body type.  I want to go for Physique contests, perhaps, or Figure, next.  We’ll see.  Anyway, going to the gym to lick my wounds now.  Proactive action, right?  I can do this.  I will.

Talked to my sister yesterday.  I didn’t know this but she has been following my prgress on Bodybuilding.com.  She said she has lost 20 lbs! Because I inspired her by my own progress so much.  Wow!  TThat really touched my hesrt.  My own sis following my blogs amd my pictures, and my ideas.  Now that’s real motivation!!!
