Things are getting there…
so it’s been a while since I’ve been on here but i thought it was time to get back at it since I’ve been hearing great things from people. I’ve dropped about 17 Lbs. in the last 2 plus months thanks to working for the women’s basketball team here at UNH! I’ve been feeling great and defiantly seeing the results of all the cardio I get as a practice player for them. So with this last month off for winter break I’ve now started back up on the lifting side of things. Here’s to a new year and more changes!!!
