ok, this may sound silly, but I was terrified to go to the gym. i have this issue with being in big open spaces with people all around me and no where to hide. (I’m sure there’s a medical term) anyhoo, i had been working out at home forever. when my husband and i moved to Arizona, i couldnt take any of my equipment with me. however, there is a gym on base here. and going there is free. my first time there was a little scary. but with my hubby by my side, i finally feel ok in the gym. the results are really paying off. and i wish i would have been going to the gym for the last year instead of working out at home. i’m sure i would have been a lot farther along in the progress i want. oh well. at least i am going now, right?
